How do I pay for your service?

We are just like the florist, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and VENMO over the phone or Email. Orders must be paid in advance prior to delivery. 

What does the rental of the lawn sign include?

Each lawn sign rental includes delivery, set up, and pick up of a fun and unique yard sign.

Is there a delivery fee for the lawn sign rental?

• 0 – 10 miles from our location is included in the rental
• >10 miles $10, 15-20 miles $15

Where do you deliver the lawn signs?

We happily deliver the lawn signs to Germantown, Collierville, and East Memphis (38120,38117,38119). Please call/text 901-246-5499 for special requests.

If you place order online and are NOT in our delivery area, your money will be refunded to your account and delivery will not take place.

What information do I need when I call?

We will need the delivery address, phone number, and gate code if applicable.
For a Baby Carriage Announcement Sign: We will need the spelling of the baby’s first and middle name, weight, length and date of birth.
For all other Signs: We will need the personalized message for the star, dog bone, or birthday plaque. (If you are not sure, we will be happy to help you!)

Does someone need to be home when the lawn sign is delivered or picked up?

No, times and dates for delivery and pick up will be set when the sign is ordered.

Do you offer gift certificates for lawn signs?

Yes, one of our adorable Cupcake signs or Baby Carriage Yard Signs would make a great gift.  

For the baby carriages, once the baby is born, mom or dad can give us a call with the new baby’s information, and we will deliver the yard sign to announce the news to all their friends and neighbors. Gift certificates are also available for our fun and festive Birthday or Celebration Signs.

Can I mow my lawn while the sign is in the lawn/yard?

If you mow your lawn/yard during the sign rental, please be careful around the sign.
Please avoid trimming close to the base of the sign and using a blower around it, as this will damage the sign. We really appreciate you taking care of our signs, so others can enjoy them, too!

Can I change the location of the sign?

Please do NOT move or remove the sign as damage may occur. If you would like the sign removed, please call us at (901) 246-5499, and we will pick it up as soon as possible. If you would like the sign moved to another location on your property, there will be a charge.
We will do our best to place the sign in the most visible area of your yard/lawn.
If you have a preference as to where the sign is placed, please let us know when you order.

Can I attach balloons to the yard sign?

No, balloons should not be tied to the sign, because they often pop in the hot sun. The latex then bakes onto the sign causing permanent damage.

What is your refund policy?

You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply:
• You cancel your sign rental at least 48 hours in advance
• Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign

You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply:
• We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or the code doesn’t work
• The security guard at a gated community refused to allow us entry. It is important that you make arrangements with the guard to give us access prior to the time of delivery.
• The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period.
• If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property.
